Research Associate Thomas Karier is professor of economics at Eastern Washington University in Spokane and the Washington State representative to the Northwest Power and Conservation Council. His research areas include public policy, energy, natural resources, taxation, labor, international trade, and industrial organization.
Karier is the author of:

Karier received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
